This topic is such an important one that I don't believe is explored enough. The book, itself, sounds quite intriguing as well. I am definitely adding this to my reading list. Great review!

The book should provide valuable insights since it's written from the perspective of someone who was consumed by their addictions but still managed to get back on track. Thanks for the review!

I don't read much non-fiction, and this one didn't catch my interest. Great review, though!

It sounds like this author has taken a very unique approach to the subject of addiction and habits, too. I hope it will help people who are looking for a plan to break free from bad habits. Thanks for the thorough review!

I like the discussion on everything addicting in this book. Not only substance abuse but other personality defects like gossip, cussing, and gambling. Thanks for the wonderful review.

I appreciated the author's inclusion of things like sugar addiction and negative thinking in the addiction list. His mechansim is applicable to a much larger audience than just people dealing with substance abuse. Thanks so much for commenting. I appreciate your visit!

That really caught my attention, too. People often pass offer these addictions as bad habits or as socially acceptable behaviors. That part of his discussion was quite intriguing. I appreciate your comments!

Sounds a good read to overcome bad habits. I agree that the author should have elaborated the mechanism so it would be easier for an addict to get rid of his addiction.
Thanks for the review kdstrack☺

Most people feel ashamed of their addiction habits, but I am glad that the writer put up his courage to make people aware of the solutions to this hazardous problem. Perfectly written review!

I like that this book is inclusive of more types of addiction that just drugs and alcohol. It seems like most of us can benefit from it. Hopefully, the author takes time to fix the errors. Great review!
