This sounds like one of those perfect books to keep by your bed for when you need a pick me up moment. Thanks for the recommendation!

Sometimes a short, brief message can resonate more with a person that a whole book. A few well-spoken (written) words can stick in your mind as you go through the day. These motivations would be a great way to start the day. Thanks for this recommendation!

Well, this one looks quite good. Especially after making a mistake or a bad choice, I tould think this book would help out a lot. It sounds like this author did a great job keeping the tone upbeat and inspiring. I will look into this one a bit further. Thanks for the recommendation.

The first thing I thought of when I saw the title was, how much do I even trust myself. I think I really need to read this book . I have to get it on my shelve. Thanks for the information.

I struggle with the one you picked out though, that we can't always help because it's their life path. I get frustrated when it turns out that I can't, or they won't let me help. Thanks for your insights on the book!
I think that was the author's point. We get frustrated because we can't help, but somehow we have to remember that they choose their own path. Thanks for your comment.

Thanks for another insightful review! I like your description of the writing style as poetic. Sometimes these motivational books have a flat, matter-of-fact writing style. I'm glad to know this isn't the case here.

It's definitely not. It's clear the author put thought into how she wanted to present things. Thanks for always being so complimentary.

I don't really enjoy self help books, so I'll probably give this a miss. I enjoyed reading your review of the book, though - many thanks!

This does sound like a great book for reading one message a day and trying to internalize/live that message, even if just for the day.

Exactly! And there is enough variation that at least some of the messages will apply to you. Thanks!
