I am a little jealous that you got to read and review this one! This sounds fantastic, and I never even thought of making my own vinegar. We have switched to an anti-inflammatory diet that does away with all dairy..that means ranch dressing and switching to oil and vinegar based. I absolutely loved this review, and I’m heading over to the link even as we speak! Thanks! 😊

I know what you mean--I've coveted a few books I'd enjoy reviewing, too. :lol2: His use of vinegar is so innovative that I imagine it will be quite helpful for an anti-inflammatory diet. Enjoy!

This sounds like a really different take on the usual cookbook, and once again, your review of it is awesome. Although I'm a foodie myself, the jury is still out on me actually getting to read this one! 😂

Oooh. I'm a fan of food and cooking so this is definitely a must-read for me, particularly since I would love to know how to make vinegar from scratch and what inspires chefs to create.

I love reading about food and cooking, and I write about food/cooking. I've never read much about vinegar, although I know there is a lot of buzz about it being healthy. This sounds like a very interesting book. Thanks for the review!

Although I am not normally a fan of reading cookbooks, I clicked on your review because I enjoy your writing. You did not disappoint. You almost have convinced me to try making my own vinegar.

Hi Cecilia,

I'm a blogger and freelance writer. I did newspapers and magazines before getting online pretty early. One of my key areas is outdoor cooking, but I write everything from tech to travel.
