I wonder how one can lose weight while eating burger and beers. Truly "crazy and outrageous". That's something I would like to find out. The author introduced a unique perspective and even though I don't want to lose weight, I'm going to read the book to assuage my curiosity. This book focuses on helping a certain category of people who want enjoy their weight loss journey. Congratulations on BOTD.

Traditional diets do not work for everyone and the author did well presenting readers with alternative ways which are still effective and healthy. In fact, many people don't diet because of the fear that they will not be able to sustain the strict regulating and hunger pangs. This book addresses just that. You can become healthier without going hungry. I also liked the author's carefree demeanor. There is so much of his personality within the pages.

This sounds like a unique approach to losing weight. I’m glad it worked for the author, but, as with any weight-loss approach, the reader needs to assess if it is right for them. Congrats on BOTD.

I think there is a stigma on bread. I like that the reviewer said that some readers might not agree with the eating of bread as a weight loss program. Carbs are important even on a weight loss journey, so bravo to the author for making it known you can still eat bread AND lose weight. Thanks for the great review!

I agree with the reviewer that some of the odd formatting of the book is distracting.

It has the aura of an enlightening self-help book. I also appreciate the author's decision to explain why doctors may have misdiagnosed the causes of weight loss. Many thanks and best wishes on BoTD.

This review sheds light more on the author's style of writing and the problem of obesity, but it doesn't mention a single word about the God Food Diet.

I certainly don't need to lose weight but if I did and I wanted to potentially extend my life by twenty years, I would read this book.

Currently, I'm on my weight loss journey which includes intermitting fast, no meat and lots of water. This personally I find it to be torcher but I'm willing to lose some belly fat and change my eating lifestyle.... Having read the reviewer's experience on "The God Food Diet", It makes me wonder though, how possible and effective would this be, "Losing weight without cutting down on your favorite foods". I'm curious to know how well will this work? And how beneficial can this be in the long haul? I definitely want read this book. Great review!

Based on the review, this book is not of my interest. Also, I believe the title is misleading as it does talk about dieting and being overweight, but it talks nothing about the God Food Diet, I hope it was a review issue, but in any case, I am passing on this book.
