I liked the quote you mentioned because it really caught my interest to learn how to meditate. I like that the author also includes ways to meditate in this book.
I am glad that now you have an interest in learning meditation. Thanks for reading and commenting!

Thanks for your thorough review. I liked that you described the different parts of the book. Since I like books that offer clear exercises or in this case meditations for self-improvement, I believe I will like this book.

Interesting BOTD! I've never done any meditation, nor do I know much about it at all, so I'm excited to look into this further! I like the ideas of "alert calmness" and "forward moving." Who knows, this may be exactly what I need, without ever really knowing it, until now. Thank you so much for your very helpful review! :-)

The review is enthralling. I will have to read the book to understand the new term, Isness, well. It sounds new but quite interesting. Thanks for the review. At least I will pick the book knowing what it entails.

Congrats on BOTD. Though I am not into self-help books but will read this book as I meditate without any mentors. It will help me to calm. It will be wonderfully exciting. Thank you for writing this masterpiece. 👍🏻💐👍🏻💐

This sounds very interesting and insightful but I'm not really into spiritual things and mediation so I think I'll pass on this one!

Meditation with eyes open is new💯. The meditation achieved by martial arts is based on deep focus's of every movement which is greatly advantageous. Totally beyond Amazing✊

:D Great review. But I'm still confused.
This text looks more of spirituality and religion, am I right?

Considering I'm so stressed out all the time, this might be very beneficial for me, especially meditating with my eyes open. I'm also into philosophical and existential discussions, so that shouldn't be a problem for me. Thank you for the thorough and helpful review.

I think this book will be a good read for individuals who meditate and or are thinking of beginning meditation. I like the steps as well as the order they are in to help better understand and master the art of meditation.

I am not really into existential type books, so I don't think this book is for me. It sounds way too abstract but I think those interested in meditation will enjoy it. Congrats on BOTD.

It seems like a good meditation book that explains how flattery, gossip, complaint, spite and others have a negative impact in our lives. Nice review!

I've never heard of meditating with one's eyes open. Usually, you close your eyes when meditating to prevent yourself from getting distracted. So, I'm interested to know how you can meditate with your eyes open.
