Discouragement and distraction are production killers, agree or disagree?

Yes but, that is if you allow it to get into your head. Discourgaemt and distractions are always there but we have to deal with them so as not to affect production.

I absolutely agree with this assertion. Discouragement produces negative energy which weakens one's spirit and draws one back. Distraction on the other hand makes a person to lose sight of the goal. When you lose sight of goals, you definitely don't have any pursuits.

In my opinion I think that the main production killer is allowing the seed of "negativity" to grow inside your mind, then let you reap the fruits of discouragement and distraction. when you train your mind to be positive at all times, there is no way you can go wrong. Yeah, no doubt the author got a huge point there. I would say succeeding comes with a lot of prices and negative forces that would want to stop you. The right mindset like the author said is key to staying focused.

I agree. Reaching our dreams is a process. It is not like jumping from point A to point B. There is a distance and a time that we have to cover to get there. The habits that we develop help to make us efficient and focused.

I concur. Realizing our dreams requires effort. It's not like hopping from one place to another. We must go a certain distance and take a certain amount of time to get there. Our habits help us become more productive and focused. You cannot reach your desired location if you give up.

I agree with this. This is something I can relate to. If I don’t plan my day the day before or that very morning, I’ll probably spend it surfing the internet. So I try to put down a plan. And also, I don’t work when I’m feeling down or discouraged. So that day, I’m not going to be productive. He’s right.

I totally agree as I have been a victim of failed dreams, and even smaller tasks due to unnecessary distractions. A basic example; is if my phone rings while I'm doing a review, I'll probably postpone my writing to some later hours.
