Listen to the rhythm of your dreams. You have to keep the fire of desire to keep you from drowning in ashes of your dreams, so keep the fire burning and in order to do that, you have to surpass and let go of the negative forces that dulls your spark, be mindful of the energy that pulls you down and get your grip to the energy that inspires your soul in aspirations.

I have not read all of the book yet, but I did like that they said to hire your own coach. You can learn a lot through teaching, but you must be a student first.

Self-knowledge, courage to take risks, support, and focused energy are among the gifts for the individual who finds a coach. Many miss these gifts.

I really liked the "30 Things" methodology on chapter 3 (Lesson 3), I think that can help people not just when analyzing the Bible, but it can also be helpful when analyzing any piece of literature.

Hiring a coach can be very helpful as a person can experience learning above all.
On top of that, a person also experiences courage, the push to focus on their dreams, inspiration and a person who understands them.

Through hiring a coach it can help a person because in this way someone will push them to do better. It is alright if someone finds the strength to do things by getting encouragement from others for this will inspire them more.

One of the things I picked and that most people have mentioned is about hiring a coach. A coach is someone who pushes you to achieve greater things even when you feel like giving up. Indeed, this is important to keep you in track.

What I most impressed was about the phrase that said "When you want to change, strategies are more helpful than will power." This is true in every aspect, whether it be on your personal life, on your career change, or in the work place scenarios. Everyone of us do want to make a move on at some point, however, unable to have a clear plan as to what needs to be done on a consistent basis.

The idea of having a coach. Which leads to accountability, making us more efficient.
And the bit that your mentioned, keeping the fire alive of our dreams and desires.

One particular thing that stood out to me was the need for a mentor or a coach of sorts. No man is an island and everyone learns from others. Before you set off in a particular path, one should always have a coach, someone with experience in that field, to offer advice and support in times of crises. This is a tip that I feel everyone should apply to their lives.

I think inspiration can be quite helpful when it's coming from someone you respect. A coach/leader plays the role of a motivator which can be beneficial to those who need inspiration.
