Yes, and there have been many books written about her as well, as she is the one who started the ball rolling!

I was first introduced to Hellen Keller, among Leadership books. Many make abundant references to her in skill and example.
This encounter soon became a curiosity when I saw one of her quotes in my parent's office.
I live in this curiosity and these two are definitive reasons to read it.

A wonderful read, I absolutely love it. I read it earlier this year.

I must say her journey is fascinating. The book also includes transcripts from her first attempt at writing to her last. I don't know why this book made me cry so much... It's just that this woman still loved being alive and made efforts, not excuses. Even though her world was dark is silent, she was still awed by any bit of life. A phenomenal woman and read.

A very inspirational story. I found this to be true when I first read it and still to this day into my adulthood. Helen Keller learned to live a solid life beyond her disability, but without Annie Sullivan, it would not have happened.

As the story of her life unfolds. it's so phenomenal to observe her learning progress. I have to admit, for her every word is a living reality and utmost appreciate dedication of Miss Anne Sulllivan not only able to teach but to transmit knowledge. I wonder how did she do it?

I have read it and some of my favourite inspirational quotes are from this book. She was a really strong-willed personality. Every person, especially those who are feeling low, should read this book in my opinion.:)
