There was Romeo and Juliet. And it still is to this day. Also Jane Austen books most of the people I knew, knew them

During my childhood, I remember being mostly surrounded by all of the classic hits by Charles Dickens from Oliver twist to Christmas Carol . There were many books from Shakespeare as well, but my favorite one was and still is Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson.
Thank you for asking...🤗

Oliver Twist. There was a chapter in my English academic textbook from Oliver Twist. That chapter didn't give away the full plot of course but it made me want to read the whole Oliver Twist book. It was quiet sad you know, a child asking for more food and in return he gets abused.

Although "The Alchemist" was all the rage in my late childhood I was never too into it, I remember I started reading it and left it.
My mom read my sisters and I a few classic books when we were very young kids, before bed time. Little Women was one of them, I still remember my mom seating in the middle of our beds and reading sweetly, then the movie with Winona Ryder came out on the theaters and so, I guess that is the one that actually made a big impact on me. I still like that movie a lot too, it's like going back home with mom and sisters during some of my sweetest memories.
