It sounds like this story will really resonate with people who have roots in Ireland. I enjoyed your review, this sounds like a great book! Thanks!

Official Review: House of Eire by June Gillam

I will love to know the dark secrets mentioned in the book and how Hillary get to cope her husband, child and friend all caught up in the intrigue. I really enjoyed reading the review. Though this is the third book, the review sounds encouraging for those of us who have not read the previous books in the series. Thanks Cecilia for the detailed review

I like the idea that, even though it is the third in a series. House of Eire can still be read alone and at the end it gives hint of a sequel for this book.

This seems interesting, but I like a book that shows a little heartbreak and conflict. Might read it next. Happy to hear it stand alone, because it's not the type of series I would typically read.

I love the cover of this book. The plot sounds intriguing. Dark family secrets are always interesting. I would feel as though I would need to start with the first book though. Thank you for that review!

A mystery that takes place in Ireland and revolves around secrets, greedy developer, and murder sounds just the book for me. Well-developed characters, realistic portrayal, and steady pace add to the appeal. That it was well-edited is another plus. I usually like to read series in order, but since the book stands on its own, and free to boot, I will add it to my reading list. Thank you for the review!

This sounds like my kind of book; one that boasts well-developed characters and has the suspense of a thriller. I wonder what dark secrets the book will uncover. Although it is part of a series, I am glad that book is able to be read without having read the others. Thanks for the great review!

This is an amazing mystery thriller full of family secrets, new adventures, and memorable and relatable characters. I enjoyed the steady but thrilling pace the book had and I fully agree with the 4-stars rating. This was an amazing review that highlighted the best the book has.

Nice, a child character done right is often like Snoopy in a Charley Brown story. They can easily steal the show when they get the spotlight. The Ant-man movie series is a great example of that, and I found it sad to find out that she had grown up by the end of Avengers: End Game. Then you noted that this is the third book of a series. It sounds like it is a series going strong, by the sound of your review.
