Great review, but the book sounds a bit if a disaster. Shame, because the premise was interesting.

I can only imagine what a nightmare could be to be falsely indicted for a crime you did not commit. This case sounds even more dramatic considering the protagonist was a law student and had all the faith in the legal system. I wish the author had asked for an editor's help before submitting the final version of the novel because the premise is quite interesting indeed. Thanks for your honest review!

I love your honesty! This book seems more frustrating than entertaining to me, so I think I'll pass. Thank you for the great and detailed review!๐Ÿ˜Š

Brilliant review, as always. I'll be giving this one a skip but thank you for the detailed review. I'm not really in the mood for a lackluster thriller.

Excellent review. I love the comparison between the trial schedule and the pace of the story.
I agree. Thank you!

Thank you. I understand--lackluster and thriller don't really belong in the same sentence.

I enjoy books with this type of theme, and this is really tempting, but it sounds like it might be a little to frustrating for me right now. Thanks for the honest review!

This is a great review! I was intrigued by your description, but it seems like the execution of the plot is lacking.
I'm also not interested in reading any book with jokes about rape.

You have written another wonderful review. Thorough and honest. At first glance this book sounds really interesting. The premise is intriguing. And, I am so glad you offered the warning. It's a shame about the sexist profanity and rape humor. I will choose not to read it because of that. But, I sure did enjoy reading your review. Thanks!

Personally I think it's worthwhile to read same as the other countless books in the world, but the plot is somewhat slow and kinda boring for my taste. It does pique my interest but not to the extent that it makes me want to say "wow", The characters and story aren't really that all special either nor is unique, cases like this can be commonly seen almost everyday or at the very least from time to time without reading such a book, so far this are the problems that I've noticed about this particular book though I love how crappy the prosecutor is which surely did catch my attention, BTW the review seems more interesting than the book itself...
