Great review. This book sounds like an interesting cop story novel with lots of action and suspense. I would add this one to my reading list. Thank you for sharing.

I think this has a lot of potential to stand out from other thrillers. The character development should be great.

I always enjoy a good mystery, and this one seems unique in that the main characters aren’t an item. I love when a mystery is character driven and engrossing. Looking forward to this one!

From your review, it sounds like this is a refreshing read that isn’t basic and typical. I think I will have to read this book just because of the way you described the character development and real life feel. Great job!

Thank you for your insightful review. Whereas I'm not deliberately looking for a thrilling fiction at this point, the character-centric and unpredictable story-telling style makes this piece quite intriguing. Flawed protagonists and antagonists with redeeming qualities are a breath of fresh air, too.

Thanks for your well though out review. I like knowing about how well all the characters are drawn and also that there is no romance between the partners. That is indeed refreshing.

I was hooked and bought the book after reading the first few pages of the sample. This author can really write action. I’m really looking forward to reading it after seeing your review. Action without strongly defined characters can grow old quickly. Your description of the book as character driven bodes well. Glad to hear that the author steers clear of romance. Trite romances doom far to many promising crime stories.

I like the fact that this book stands out even when you kniw what to expect mist times from a crime thriller. The review is amazing, looking forward to reading this one. The mystery and lack of romance between the partners is good. And how it portrays life as a cop.
