Nothing like a good old fashioned murder/mystery! The plot sounds fast-paced and clever - I guess there must be a few unexpected twists and turns from Chapter 6 onward, if the perpetrator is already revealed by then. I also like the sound of a somewhat reckless protagonist to add excitement. Thanks for a great review.

Thanks for a great review. I love a good thriller, especially when it is fast- paced . A great plus to the book is the strong female presence. I am looking forward to reading this one

I am truly intrigued by the review. I personally enjoy murder mysteries and after reading the review I can't wait to find out what happens. I really like the title of the book and how it relates to Lucy Vega's job, I am curious how else it may relate to the story. I am intrigued by how the story will turn out with its plot twists and turns that are mentioned in the review.

Interesting review! Your review has enticed me to read "Deadly Focus" by Sue Hankin. I enjoy reading a good thriller where it involves different episodes on crime. And a protoganist such as the character mentioned are satiated in getting the job done well. I think at times you have to take risk so you can accomplish something great.

This sounds like a fast-paced and gripping novel, with a strong but imperfect female protagonist. I’m glad it was enjoyable.

We all need a smart, strong female protagonist, well not one who willing to risk the lives of others. Nevertheless, I love murder mystery, congrats on being BOTD!

Nice review. Sounds like a well written mystery. Will check it out. Would like to see how someone can add a twist when everything's known, unless it isn't. Which is probably the case. Anyway, thanks for the review!
