This sounds like an interesting story. After reading what happened to Amna when her friend leaves a 'forbidden' book in Amna's car, I was glad it was fiction. Even so, I am still hoping things work out for her.

This story seems like it will be inspirational, and useful for discussion on a wide number of topics. The review was articulate and well-defined.

Standing up to defend one's faith can be a difficult thing. May other people read the book to see the essence, careless verbal and discrimination just towards the Muslim community.

:tiphat: I really like this book Stoned for his faith by Reynold Conger. It tells how Pastor Koenig carries his faith and conviction to another country. I agree that we must keep an open mind, we will encounter people who don't know God as we do. Our loving attitude and warmth will convince them that God has no respect of person. I want to read this book, it will be very interesting.

I'm anxious over the plot. But I like to read it because Native Americans are part of the story. But does the belief system of Native Americans also discuss in the book? Not just the two major religion? Thanks for your review! :)

This book seems to be a good choice to read. Nowadays we need a strong faith to see us through life's struggles and challenges. So I'm adding this one up to my shelves. Thank you for the clear review.

I would really love to read this book. The sacrifices made to fight for true Christianity and spread of the gospel. A true martyr. Thanks for the awesome review.
He lays me besides still waters. He prepares a banquet before my enemies.
Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall not fear.
For the Lord is my Shepherd
