I just got a free copy today. This sounds like a gripping book. The insights into how mentally ill patients was treated in the past will be hard to take in, so I think I'll read this when I'm more prepared for that.

Murder in 1950's? Based on the author's personal experience? This is just the right book for me. I didn't know the mental illness exist in the 50's. I really want to know what people in the 50's thought about that.

Good review. I can't wait to sit down with this one. I want to know who the real killer is and if they listen to Jason or not.

A great little murder mystery with some interestibg characters, each of which has an intriguing backstory that plays into the plot. It’s also an interesting peek at the way mental illness was dealt with in the 1950’s.

A wonderful review. This book seems to be filled of action and as though it may classify as a thriller. I'm not much into this but it really does look like a good read

A crime novel based o the author's father's mental illness is quite intriguing. As a result, I will be interested in knowing how life was in this mental institutions in the 1950s. The themes of bullying, sexual assault are also quite relevant in this age. Nice review.

Monsters in the Hallway is a crime novel. The book deals with the evils or "monsters" that we face, like bad people, bullying, abuse, and sexual assault. Wish to read the book.

There are a lot of valuable insights contained in this book, even though it is a work of fiction. Indeed, monsters come in many forms, nearly all of which are human. What we do to others, and how we interact with one another always leaves a mark on them, whether good or bad. I'm glad there was such detail given to building the characters and that the suspense was kept throughout the novel. Thank you for a great review.

It's an amazing crime thriller. I love books that keep the suspense up to the end; this is one of such and it's a must read.

Monsters in the hallway looks like an interesting crime novel. Will like to see the outcome of Jason's father who is mentally unstable and is allegedly responsible of Jason's friend death. Will Jason prove his innocence? Congrats on BOTD.
