Thanks for this. By the middle of paragraph three, I was starting to think this might be an interesting read - then I got to the hunters sanctioned by the Vatican. Oh dear.... I think I would have given up at that point - and if not then, definitely when we got to the capitals - but you went on to write a really detailed and painstakingly fair review. Well done.

Would be a good message to those who have bullied others all their lives to understand what its like. Conversely, persons who have experienced bullying would find it disturbing. Commendable review!
