Intertwining the political and commercial aspirations for the development of a drug tempts me to read the book though this is not my kind of genre.
Hey there! Thanks for dropping by. Yeah, it's the focus on the politics behind the scenes that sets this book apart from other similarly-themed novels. It would be nice to branch out, don't you think? :D

I don't normally read medical thriller.
But your review is interesting and got me wanting to read the book. Thanks!

I think the concept of this is really interesting, but I agree with others that I would prefer more of a thriller aspect to the book. Also, reading fiction books about subjects that could so easily happen in real life tend to keep me up at night. Nicely done review!

Wow this sounds like an amazing book - thanks for the review. I find that as I get older I get more afraid of the bugs and pathogens that make us sick and they seem to get worse and worse!

Scary thought, N_R. But yes, that's the one factor that draws me to these types of books. Let's call that morbid fascination :D
