It has been quite a while since I have read a book in this genre. I am now excited to get back into it! I'm anxious to see if I find the ending as disappointing as you did.

:shifty: Doctors give me the shivers anyways but:
Dr. Henry Andrews turns the Hippocratic Oath into a hypocritical oath, as he does a great deal of harm to a great many people.
...really? Great... now I'm even more suspicious! LOL

Crime stories have never been my cup of tea and therefore I think I'll have to skip this one.

Thanks for the great review. The book sounded interesting until I got to the part where you said you did not like the ending. I've experienced that exact thought, "I read that for THAT?". Thanks for saving my time, I'll skip this book.

I love crime stories and murder mysteries. Although I would prefer it if the killer hasn't been named early on, I think I might actually enjoy this book based on the review. Besides, I'm quite interested in psychology. Too bad your review about the ending kinda put things off for me. I'm a sucker for great endings that leave my jaw hanging. But since you said you enjoyed it, I guess I'll still try it. Thank you for the review!

I like novels that sort of challenge the reader. This one sounds mental and I love it.
You'll need to read Murder in Memory to find out

I'm currently reading this on Kindle and at first i was shocked that you mentioned the killer here! but just like you said, the author did it as well. Really can't wait to finish this book! Thanks for this review

I tried to like this book. I mean it was mostly plausible, maybe possible even. But the ending left a sour taste in my mouth after I struggled to read it.

My goodness! You read the book and felt exactly the same way I did about it all! I loved the idea of the fake memories and I was dying to know how he was either going to get caught or explode, and then the ending just fizzled out. You sort of know what will happen but just hope it won't. Great review!

You are so passionate. While reading your comment I couldn't help but smile. I love when books awaken such emotions in people.

The story about how the murderer is already revealed in the novel is something I never read before in any books so far. So I'm eager to see how this turns out and how the murderer gets caught.
