This sounds like an interesting book. I don't care for history as in my opinion it is boring but this book really started to pull me in. I can see it being one I could easily get lost in.

Do you wanna know why this book interests me? 60 year old Vietnam special ops agents! For some reason that really intrigues me because THAT could have been my father... and these guys aren't your typical rock hot bod with a chip on the shoulder... ;)... well, um... maybe they are 60yr old rock hot bods!?!? LOL Now wouldn't THAT be interesting? ;)

I read to 18% of the sample on Amazon and could not read anymore. There were SO MANY grammatical errors in just the first few pages - I couldn't take it seriously!

I found quite a few more errors just in the preview. The author used bye instead of by and also had a lot of missing words. You did do an excellent review. I did not choose to purchase this book based upon the preview. The author did do a great job with character building. David was my favorite character.

I have watched some movies similar to what the book is all about. This is a great review. I will look forward in getting the book.

David is an interesting character in the story. I think he was able to portray a character of being a good and at the same time bad in the story. It is not easy to say if he is doing the right or wrong thing. Congrats on this great review.

Sounds like a cool story. Reminds me of the movie "RED." However, I spotted six errors on the first page alone. This is a major turn off. I don't think I'll be reading the rest.

This sounds a great read, full of action, and suspense. Planning to kill an old man seems so easy but do not underestimate the capability of this old man. Congratulations on this great review.

This sounds like an amazing read, I can't too try it.

I do have to ask though, what is Dumas' classic?

You are Right

Good review, but I'm afraid your disclaimer about the violence and a scene even you, a fan, found degrading and hard to read, made me decide I definitely don't want to read this. Thanks for the heads up!

Why would the Robbers continue hunting soul, even David's?. Will love to get a taste of it to discover the genesis of the calamity in Australia.
