A good review, although it's a bit brief. I totally loved Raven's Peak, and have written
a review which can be found below. I would appreciate if you could go through it, and
let me know your comments. Thank you! :

Your review definitely makes the book sound even better. Thanks for sharing it. I'll have to move it up on my TBR. I won a copy of it on Kindle Scout. I'm very interested in all the plot twists you mentioned.

I'm tempted to get the free copy for a review but I think I'll purchase to support the author.

Awesome review. The book is actually very nice and has a gripping story. I liked Arthur's character more compared to the other characters.

wow! This is definitely a must read for me. I would love to know what happened to Haatimand if Abigail was strong enough to face her past. Am already captivated by the synopsis of the book.

The book was indeed gripping from start to end. Even the cliffhanger at the end just pulls you into wanting to continue the series.
I like your review in general.

The nexus of these two characters is an additional recipe that gives excitement to this story. The development of their relationship is astonishing.

I too reviewed the book and really enjoyed it. The only problem I found was I was a bit confused at first about who and what the Council was and wish the writer had of introduced them and what they did a bit more at the beginning.

I read the review and thought it was excellent. I agree that the first few pages of the book are intense - the storyline makes the reader curious about what's going to happen next.

The title of the book 'Raven's Peak can well be associated with trouble brewing, or the calm before the storm. The raven is stereotyped as bringing trouble. The quiet, little town, where the supernatural plays off is depicted as bringing the town to life, where nothing exciting ever happens. This is somewhat predictable. the character of Haatim, being unemployed, depressed and having no direction of his future, adds to the emotional setback of this character, and would be seen as a scapegoat to assist Abigail.

The theme of the supernatural is not a favourite genre of mine, however the suspence of what is really going to erupt does make one curious to read further.
I rate this book 3 out of 4. Yes I will buy the book.

Great review. In fact I decided to read the book myself and similar to you have not really been able to put it down. I started it at night about two days ago and I will end up finishing it today. I look forward to reading more books by this author.
