Thanks for attempting an unbiased review of this book. I imagine that there were moments in which it may have angered you (from the sound of your review, it would have angered me  ), but it does sound entertaining.

I enjoyed reading your review. I usually like stories that are "ripped from the headlines." However, I don't like it when there is a large cast of characters and it's hard to keep track of who's who.

Well, let me first say that I am not one to get into the current events of things. I am not happy with the way things are the political scheme of things today, but I did like the direction this book was taking. As I have posted in previous comments on Facebook and LinkedIn I prefer history from WW2 era and earlier than that, but I did like the way the author was taking this book. After reading your review I was able to get a better understanding of where this book was going. I had no idea it had to do with the president trying to basically do a hostile takeover of our country because he wasn't "done" with being president.

After catching what this book was all about I will say it is one I am going to read so I can understand it further. Great job on this book, I hope I can enjoy it just as much as you did.

This sounds very interesting, although the racism and the Trump part has me a little apprehensive. Great review!

I'm not usually a fan of political thrillers but this one sounds really different! I'm glad you liked reviewing this one so much :)

I commend you on being able to write an unbiased review, knowing that this book seemed to be pro-Trump. I don't think I would have been able to do that. Thanks for the informative review. However, I don't think I will be reading this one.

Thanks for the review. It is a shame that you felt the ending was rushed and that it left you unsatisfied. I am also a little concerned about the racism that was indicated in the review. Of course, you also stated that there were ideas taken straight from the headlines, so I suppose the racism is expected since that is to be expected.

I don't think I'll be reading this one as it's hard to set aside bias and tones of racism. Still sounds like an interesting book though.

Political thrillers are not really my thing, so I don't think I'll be reading this one, but congratulations on an unbiased review, which like you said, must have been a challenge to write. One thing that does sound interesting to me is the author using actual news headlines and putting a twist on them, that must add a very realistic dimension to the book!

Great review! It reminded me so much of the headlines I've seen during the political race.

Cancelled by Michael Pinsky is a great Political Thriller and does resemble something about the current global situation. Looking forward to read this one after reading the free sample. Congrats Michael Pinsky for getting the BOTD.:)

This looks like an interesting and timely book. While it would not be my first choice of reading material, the idea of cancelling an election sounds like a plot rife with possibilities!

Nice review and very unbiased. It sounds like a difficult topic to cover in the political climate of today. I'm intrigued and will be checking out this book.

I read the Amazon sample and it appeared that the author seemed to be pro-Trump. My thanks to you that your review was able to confirm this for me.
