I don't like gory novels but it sounds very gripping!

Congrats on the good review! Making each suspect the possible murderer definitely interests me. I think it's the best way a suspense-filled crime novel can be written.

Thank you very much for your review.
I liked the descriptions and the narration of the story, I could tell it is a good mystery novel, but I was a bit shocked by the violence of the first murder...
Unfortunately, I will not add this book to my list.

I love a book that keeps me glued on seat and makes me want to finish it in one reading. Reading through your review, it seems The 11.05 Murders will be that kind of book for me as soon as I get my copy.
Murder mysteries and a group of detectives with each of their own character and story developments makes this novel interesting for me. It is good that it can also be a stand alone novel. That way, I wouldn't have to wait until I have read all the prior books in this Brian O'Hare series to read this one.

Sounds like a great read! But it seems like the female cop you discuss in your review falls privy to a trap given to many female characters. They are reduced to a simple love interest. But, great review!

Well done on the review as you provide excitement about the novel without giving anything away enticing other members to go read the complete book and other novels written by O'Hare

The only type of mystery I enjoy are those that keep me guessing (because of this I tend to avoid them :( ), so this interesting!

While I'm looking forward to reading this book and I enjoyed this review and found it helpful, I'm wondering if I might be a little disappointed that you gave away a bit of the ending? When you mentioned "Sergeant Stewart’s happy ending". Not sure but I'm still looking forward to reading this and am thus far impressed with what I've read in the sample.

Sounds like a very interesting read. I appreciate intellectual stories whose endings you can never guess. Great job on the review and thank you for the heads up on sexual violence.

I have gone through a few pagesa and come to a conclusion that beauty, love and sex result in violence which give handfuls of work to detectives.

Thanks for the honest review. I think I am not into murder mystery stories. It bothers me a lot. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.

If the sample that I read of the book was not enough to get me to read this book, your review would have had me checking it out. This seems like a really great read and I thank you for your review.
