Thanks for sharing your review. Good to hear that the sex scenes are necessary I don't think I'd enjoy them too much either. I grabbed my free copy and 1st I put it on Not Interested but after hearing more about it and your review I moved it to my Want to read. Thanks for making it sound even more interesting.

Sounds like a powerful and confronting read. Too many people close their eyes to reality.

The review is informative.
It outlines the plot without revealing much. It also gives the “feel” of the content in the novel. The novel seems to be interesting  .

The blurb alone was tantalizing. After reading your review I feel even more drawn to the book. Prostitution is a complex issue and getting a real life experience perspective of it makes the book very appealing.

Wonderful review there. I am sure I would love to read this book if not for the sexual scenes therein. Great novel, deep with a tackling of the oldest profession on earth, crime, investigation, and a quest for vengeance. Weldone Klbradley.

Love your review. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get through this book with all of the graphic descriptions or not. I do like that the author is bringing attention to prostitution and drug use. I enjoy murder mysteries as well, but since it's a true story, it might make it harder to read.

I just read the foreword of the book, and my impression is that Lilian got into prostitution in order to do research for her second book. Unfortunately prostitution led to her demise. The review is excellent, and has enticed me to read, especially the second part of the book; where Vivian, the twin sister, takes over. And above all I like the author's writing style.

An intense story based on true events. Her quest to find her sister's murderer leads Vivian to shocking revelation about her sister. Thanks for the review.

Although a novel, this book seems to read like a non-fiction expose. Might be a little too much for me, but am glad the author took up the challenge to write about prostitution, and the effect it has on the practitioners. Good review...thanks!

Great review. The topic is interesting and provided more information about prostitution. This made us more aware about this kind of problem in our society today. Thanks for sharing this to us.
