I really enjoyed your review of Bella Vita. Mystery books are not my favorite though they are in my top five genre . Paranormal is my number one go to books to read. So adding the paranormal element entices me to want to read it . By stating that it rekindled your desire to look into the history of Salem you sparked my interest as well. I love the history of witchcraft as well as Salem. You gave me just enough information to get my attention and make me want to read it without spoiling any of the book. Good job. 5 out of 5 stars for your review

A supernatural twist to a mystery ..that too in just 61 pages is indeed commendable. Congrats on being the BOTD. :)

Great review! This book sounds right up my alley. I love a good mystery especially if it includes the supernatural. I've also always been interested in the Salem witch trials. I'm putting this at the top of my TBR list. Thanks so much for sharing.

This sounds like a fascinating book! I love murder mysteries and more than that I love supernatural stories. The Coven season of American Horror Story was my favorite and I have been interested in learning more about witch lore since then. Thank you for the great review!

A domineering cat? How very unrealistic  :laughing-rolling:

I am not a fan of supernatural books, but after reading your review, I think I might give this one a try. I love a book that can make me laugh and who doesn't like a funny cat?! lol fantastic review!

There seems to be a lot of cool things going on in this book. The coolest one though- even more so than the information you mentioned about the Salem witch trials - is probably this "domineering albino cat". Mee-yow.

I am always enthralled with a good story having to do with Salem witches. There are so many options to choose from when telling these stories because, honestly, who really knows why things occurred as they did?? Ya know? I decided to explore the story in the kindle sample. I was caught right from the start at how this could be an excellent story and completely different from anything Salem related I've read. Unfortunately, the length of the run-on sentences turned me off a bit. It's like a breath isn't taken for 5 minutes at some points. (Yes, exaggerating.... a bit). Anyway, it finally leveled out in sentence structure and the story line remains interesting. I plan to read the complete story as soon as I'm able. Hopefully it will deliver all that it promises.

Congrats on the great review! I liked the way you dived straight into describing the book. I'm sure the book is just as fascinating. Suspense with a touch of witchcraft. I'll check this one out for sure!
