This book sounds like it would be perfect for me. I love all the things that you included in your review. Good job on the review, you really explained the book well, and enough to know what it's about, but not too much.

Thanks. I wasn't sure how much information to reveal since it is a tetralogy, and explaining some information from the later books may give away some vital information from the former books.

Nice review. I like the fact that you chose to read something outside of your normal genre. I am currently preparing a review for a book that was also not in my traditional reading arena. I hope that my review will be as unencumbered by preconceived notions as yours. Congratulations to the author as well for writing a book able to garner such a review.

I have been seeing this review around for the past few days, but have avoided it because the title of the book didn't really sound like something I would read. Well, I finally followed my curiosity and clicked on it. WOW! Oh, let me tell you... Usually when I read it takes me quite a while before I become engrossed in the author's world, but I zoomed through your review as if I was living in it! I really appreciate you sharing your review with us because I could've missed out on this otherwise. I just know it's going to be an absolute thrill ride!! :techie-studyinggray:

I love crime, mystery and horror and to read they're all combined in this one story sounds like a good time to me. And the Russian mob? I'm so there - thanks for sharing!
