Great Review. The plot reminds me a lot of the count of Monte cristo!

I find part mystery part revenge story really interesting especially the character Matthias who wakes up to find his face replaced by another's, after his is cut so severely to shreds and is unfixable. Worth noting are characters who are many, felt different and thus not easy to confuse them. It's important to note the book is part of a tetralogy and the reader can always read the whole story conclusively in the other 3 books. Thanks for the good and honest review.

This looks like a good story to invest in - finance-wise, time-wise, and emotion-wise. I seem to get Face Off vibes. I'll definitely make time for this story. Thanks for the exciting review and the equally exciting discount for BOTD.

The Lost Identity Casualties has these mysteries to solve and so many more. Part mystery and part revenge story, there's a lot that happens in this book. Must I say, Great character development, in a book with so many characters, all with completely separate motives and wild pasts, it's usually easy to confuse characters but this book was an exception. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I also keep a list of characters when there are too many in a story. Despite the complexity of the book, this sounds like a very intriguing read. I also like the inclusion of real life criminals. I think only crime fanatics would actually recognize that, but still it's a nice feature of the book. Thanks for the insightful review.

Callaghan finds that due to greed and mistaken identity he has been mutilated by his own people.
He overcomes depression and uses his intelligence to plot revenge on those who have caused him the loss of his identity and former privileged life.
Great review, thanks.

Loved your review. You gave away just enough detail to keep me intrigued. It's quite an interesting and creative plot. I can't wait to try it. I also liked that you paid attention to the goods and bads about the novel, honest opinions matter. Thank you for a great review!

Thanks for your greatly visualised review. You have created the anxiety for reading, even if one doesn't like the genre.
A great book to read!

kimekemar wrote:Actually there are about 120 characters in the four books of the series, Gali, but 22 of them make up the main characters. You can read more about this on the review of "The Complete Callaghan Tetralogy" here on OBC.

PS "The Lost Identity Casualties is today's book-of-the-day!

Wow!!

50? Wait... I would say a no no no mate, no way I can digest these bunch of characters in 200 pages?! However your review makes it sound doable in quite enjoyable and organised manner. Kudos to the author for a tremendous work! It definitely requires a great skill. Thanks!
