The main character's last name is Diamond and the story takes place in the desert, so it makes sense. Thanks for the kind words and for sharing your thoughts.

Fantastic review. You are very detailed. I like reading mystery books occasionally, and this one seems like a good choice.

This seems like an intriguing mystery with bits that make it unique, a plot that keeps the readers' attention until the end, and characters that are interesting thatnks to their development. Thank you for your great review!

The name diamond in the desert might mislead one into thinking of the book as just a romantic novel, but your review proves that there's more to the book than just it's name, " can't judge a book by it's cover". Your review is highly appreciated.

Hmm, I never thought about it like that. My thoughts were that it might be about finding a diamond in the desert. Goes to show that we were both wrong. Actually, I ended up thinking it is a clever title since her last name is Diamond and the story takes place in the desert. I hope you get a chance to read it!

I’m not really into any romance in the books that I read. I think that I can ignore it in order to read this one. I would like to see how everything plays out between Hope and Matt.
