Great review. I am starting to like mysteries with some paranormal themes. I like action packed storylines and not being able to guess what happen next. I know this is a stand alone title but based on your review, I would like to read the other books in the series.

I read this one and the first book in the series, and I thoroughly enjoyed both of them. Therefore, there is no reason to think the others are not wonderful as well. I hope you get a chance to try them!

I like that the book can be read as a stand alone but also is enjoyable as part of the series. I also like the quote you included. Looking forward to reading this book. Great review!

Cuba has a great history. Would love to know more about how Castro overthrew the government.
