I have finished reading a wonderful book by Sarah Vail called snow country lane.it starts by introducing us to the main character Tim McAndrews who has been forced on leave due to circumstances and while he is on this leave he faces different situations that challenge his spirit and intellect. Since Tim is confused on what to do next with his career his wife Danny decides to take him on vacation so as to blow off some steam and give him time to relax and enjoy life.Tim decides that's a vacation is in order. Prior to leaving for vacation twins are dropped in the hospital and sadly end up dead leading to Tim's friend medical examiner Kathy who is dating Tim best friend Scott a detective, bring this case to Tim's attention who is a prosecuting attorney. They all leave for vacation and during one of the days there they witness a kidnapping of a young girl and now Tim is in the middle of the whole thing. Their investigation lead to unearthing a kidnapping ring that kidnaps foster children of 8 years and below and selling them to pedophile psychopaths. Tim is recruited by FBI and is able to lead them to dismantling the kidnapping ring.

What I loved most about the book is that it flowed for one scene to another. The reader is engaged throughout the book. The plot of the story is suspense where you experience the situation with the character and you cannot let the book go without wanting to know what happens next. It also shows good writing when you fall in love with the characters and hate the villains in the book. A book must evoke emotion and imagination in a reader whereby you would see the plot in your mind and see the characters come alive. The characters were tenacious to the point they had to find evidence and the villains captured.

I would rate this book 4 out of 4 because one could see the story flowed and the characters where put in the right place at the right time. i also didn't find any typing error in it
