At first I thought "oh, that's great another book about stuff blowing up" but then the amnesia angle really got me! I love it when things go in a totally different direction, and I'm intrigued by plot. Sounds like an interesting read! Thank you for your review.

This psychological thriller about terrorism and a protagonist battling inner demons sounds fascinating. I may give this one a look. Thanks for the review, cristinaro. :techie-studyingbrown:

Last but not least, I am recommending it to those who are fond of character-driven novels with a psychological vein and a surprising ending. I can assure you it will make you reflect on many challenging issues like the reliability of memory, individual happiness, the thin line between truth and deception, and the reasons behind terrorist acts.
You're pretty much describing me!
Honestly, I never would've thought there was a deeper layer to this book if it wasn't for your review but I care about the topics you mention so it might be worth reading.
Thanks!

I usually dislike stories containing terrorist attacks but the psychology in this novel feels strong and very engaging. I'll add this to my reading list.

This book seems to keep the reader glued to every page of it. It looks like a book with an interesting story. It should definitely be read.

With a startup business, a terrorist plot, architecture, divorce, amnesia, mental illness, and a questionable identity in play this novel seems to very complex and very interesting. I love to read books that are unique and this book screams uniqueness.

I haven't read a psychological thriller for quite some time, but this one looks like an excellent one to jump back into the genre with. Amnesia stories have always interested me. I think I'll break down and buy this one. Super review - you reined me right in!

Everything about the book appeals to me but terrorism. However, I've always liked to know more about amnesia and its psychological effects. This book is right up in my alley. I like! Congratulations on BOTD.

I love its unpredictability, and the fact that it has heavy leanings towards psychology also make it fascinating for me. Thank you for the review!

Mind blowing, can't wait to read this book. John wakes up in hospital three and a half years after an accident. He learns he got his dream job. The lead architect of Zenith building, which was blown up by terrorist. He doesn't recall any of this as his memory is three and a half years behind. Are the events real or hallucination. Great review

The novel also got me wondering, how someone can have an accident and wake up in the future, where things will be going exactly you wished them to be.Its totally confusing but what I liked is that John was so open minded and could identify an opportunity even if some people are seeing an impossibility.

You started off describing this and I thought it was going to be a typical terrorist plot novel. But you have me intrigued by the psychological aspects. Great review. It's a book I'm interested in looking into. Thanks!
