When I first chose this book, Perfect Fairways Hidden Lies by Robert Marier, I was not expecting much as thriller and crime books are a dime a dozen. But I was pleasantly surprised with this page turner!

The story starts with a chain of murders of four, young and attractive women. All of them seem to have been slain in the middle of a rendezvous with a lover, what makes it more interesting is the way that they were all left with a “clue” in there mouth, as it’s left there almost to taunt the agents who are trying to solve the case.

Upon reading the first few pages of the book, the story line already seem to be very intriguing and very visual.
The author Robert Marier wrote the book so well that you can actually visualize the unfortunate events as they unfold.

Although I found it would have been more helpful if the author were to introduce each character with more detail to prevent me from getting a bit confused in keeping up with the story, I still found myself having a hard time putting the book down.

I find it very interesting as well that the author was able to capture my imagination and how the book is constantly engaging me, the reader into also finding out who the killer is.

This book is a very easy read yet very well written and substantial.

The book was also written in different point of views and really shows the emotions each character was feeling and going through.
Furthermore, this book can make any person who doesn’t really know much about Golf a good and easy to follow crash course in Golf 101, and you will surely enjoy it!

This book by Robert Marier takes the reader through California, Arizona and Mexico to name a few of the marvelous cities he depicts in this story.

The excitement builds as I found out who the killer was, and as I followed his every careful and anxiety ridden step to get away from the authorities trying to catch him.
Just when you thought the story is coming to an end in favor of the illusive young murderer, you find yourself yet again in the middle of a cat and mouse game to trap the killer.

The story takes the reader to the picturesque city of Bandon, Oregon where the illusive killer has taken refuge.

As the story is coming to an end you can feel the young man's emotions and struggles as he tries to get away from the authorities.
Robert Marier wrote this book perfectly showing the reader each and every emotion the characters are feeling to a point that you almost feel for the disturbed young man who has been carrying out all these horrendous killings.

In the end justice was served for the victims and their families with a very bitter sweet plot twist I didn’t quite expect.
This book Perfect Fairways Hidden Lies will for sure delight any Golf and true crime and investigation fan.
With minimal typos and no grammatical errors I give this book a 4 out of 4 stars!

I recommend book as it’s a real page turner chock full of very exciting events that will leave you on the edge of your seat.
