MsTri hit it right on the head with her Batman comment. That's immediately what I thought when I read the review, too. I'm glad it's told from Kyle's point of view. I'm a bit sick of books that jump around between characters. I love the Jack Reacher series, so I'll give this one a try. Great review.

Sounds like a solid story and an interesting read. I like that the main character, though living a very different life than most of us, is relatable. Thanks for the review.

Sounds like a winner, and I bet your review really captured it. Makes me think of "Leverage", which I loved.

If this book is anything like the Jack Reacher's series, t ihen I'm already in love with it. From the review, I see myself as Kyle. I've loved to have a double life like his. Thank you for this great review. Its quite enriching.

Although I am not very familiar with it, the Jack Reacher series seems to be a popular and well-liked series so I guess it's high praise that you recommend this book to fans of the series. This book sounds exciting and I like that you explained the title. Great job on your review, I look forward to checking this out.

The sample hooked me. The twist was a pleasant surprise. I'm even more excited after reading this review. I wrongly assumed it was a crime thriller. Now that I know it's like a Jack Reacher novel, I want to read the rest.

The story begins in Brazil, with Kyle and his colleagues reuniting a kidnapped child with his father, and quickly returns to the Foundation’s headquarters in New York. Their next case leads Kyle down a rabbit hole of conspiracies he could never have imagined when he agrees to look for a man everyone believed died when the Twin Towers fell on September 11, 2001. The story builds to a thrilling climax, with plenty of twists and turns to keep the reader guessing along the way, as Kyle pits his wits and his team of skilled operatives against the ultimate enemy.
I was sold on these lines. I will read this book sooner. I've got the free copy. Thanks to the author.

I like this story because it reminds me of a modern day Batman. I can also picture Ryan Reynolds as the main character. I like that Kyle has to sides of him with his flashy public side and a softer private side. I think that rescuing those who are missing or kidnapped is a great plot for this book. I am intrigued about the man who everyone thinks died in the Twin Towers and the ultimate ending of the story.

I am a Jack Reacher mega-fan. The first line of the book reads like a Lee Child intro, but Kyle is an entirely different kind of hero. Finding the lost is a great mission. Doing a little wrong is worth the great right, I guess. I think it'll be right to read this wrong story.

A compelling action thriller about a man who bends and breaks the law to serve the greater good. It looks like a tale with an interesting theme and plot.
