Thorough review - thank you. Sounds like a very fast-paced, detailed thriller with a solid scientific base which makes for a more interesting story.

"Waterworks" by Jack Winnick is a book about how our most loved FBI detectives, Laura and Uri, go on an adventure to discover who poisoned their water tanks with polonium. Their main suspects are Iran, and the two spies move in to further inspect their targets. They fear that this might be the beginning of a larger conflict. Will our brave detectives crack this case wide open and stop an international war, or will the facts rattle their expectations?

Given his academic qualifications in the field of chemistry and his vast knowledge in Middle East affairs, I don't think I will doubt any issues raised or assertions made in this novel. It's great to read about the goldfish technology at the water treatment plant and to exciting to know they are real. I can sense a lot of action and suspense in this novel, especially as regards the attempts to find out the people behind the incidents at the plant.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how power couple Uri and Lara are sent as undercover to solve who messed with polonium that poisoned the water. I like suspense filled stories and this one is right up my alley.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller novel following two government agents, Lara and Uri, who after being informed of strange events surrounding a water processing and testing plant outside of Los Angeles, are tasked with investigating any potential terrorist involvement. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I love spy and thriller books, this one sounds very very intriguing. So much so that I'm going to go start at the beginning of the series before I start this one which is book 5 so that I know all of the story. Congrats on getting #BOTD!

If the story is not unnecessary complicated, it is very easy to anticipate. Thanks for the review.

Oh what a wonderful review. Everything is well detailed and written clearly and straight to the point that it persuades me to immediately read it. If I were someone who found a new book to read, I thank you for that and I would definitely reread this book.
