Though you won't know at a glance, the book title summarizes the book I must say. Indeed, there's a lot unsaid about the police and all it entails to do that job. Your review captures the book's details so well making me want to read it also. Thanks for an amazing review.

Your survey shows that each circumstance has different sides. I like how the creator set aside the effort to portray the viewpoint from the two sides. The manner in which you discussed the great cops keeping the terrible cops in line creeped me out! Incredible composition. A debt of gratitude is in order for the convincing audit.

I like thrillers and the review is very well written. The plot of the book sounds interesting and original. It doesn't seem to be a usual good guy and bad guy. It gives an interesesting perspective of a criminal life telling that there might be reasons for a criminal to resort to illegal activities. It will be interesting to read this book. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Are the cops always the good guys? Well, it depends who's asking. Corruption is an ancient problem. Will it ever be solved?

This thriller novel sounds like it is thought-provoking and well-written. Based on the review, when police and civilians harm each other, the situation isn't always clear-cut (perhaps never), but rather a gray area. It will be an interesting book to read. Great review!

This seems really a great story with well developed characters who can represent people honestly. I like the conversational writing style.

I knew it was only a matter of time before someone wrote a novel about the Black Lives Matter movement. This ought to be an interesting read.

Thank you for your very thorough review. While the book does sound interesting from your description of it and I believe in needing to hear all sides of a story, I don't believe at this time I want to read it. This is too close to real life at this time and I'd prefer something more light.

I'd like to read about the particular events that cause Konrad and Devante's life to intersect. That could be the highlight of the story for me.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out Myles will fight corruption in his work and how tied his life with prisoner Tyles is. It seemed to be a drama/action novel which will expose the dark side of the police.

This book is very relevant to what is happening in the world recently especially as it pertains to the police force. I admire the courage of the author and the wisdom shared in the book. Nice review.
