I believe title is more than appropriate, considering that it is through Kalayla that everything is connected. She is a core of storyline, in my opinion main character because of it. Also it is quite unique name, attracting attention and makes book remembered.

I feel the title of the book is absolutely fine. The story is about three sisters but the youngest is loudly captured in the whole story . She is the common denominator in the entire story making her name appropriate as the title of the book.

While I did like the title and thought it was deserving because Kalayla was the main bond between the three women, I do think a title that encompassed the three women would have been more appropriate. I am not a fan of ‘Family Ties’, but struggle to come up with a better alternative.

I think it’s an appropriate title. Kalayla is the common denominator and I think naming it after another character wouldn’t make as much sense.

The book is mostly about Kalayla. I love the name too. I think that the author chose the title, like many authors do, because we are to focus on how she brings everything else together. One word or name titles intrigue me and ass more to the mystery, an aspect I appreciate

Kalayla is the youngest. But she is the one that holds the three women together. So it's completely acceptable title

It is appropriately titled Kalayla because she is the one who brings together all the characters. She is the floating one who touches everyone in the community. Without her, people wouldn't know each other

Kalayla is a good title for the book. The lady is the center piece in this family puzzle with lots of time to turn her life around.

From the title, a reader would expect the story to be centred on a single character, but that's not the case. However, the title is quite a hook so it serves its purpose.

I think the title is very fitting for the storyline. Kalayla is the one who ties all three women together. Without her, the other two women would never meet.

I thought the title was spot on! Anything else would've been too long. The title matched the story, as it centered around young Kalayla. Every plot in the story connected to Kalayla. Also, the book cover illustration was beautiful, with the rainbow-colored butterfly.

I think 'Kalayla' is at first confusing for the title. Upon reading reviews on the book, I will say it only fits that 'Kalayla' is the title. She is the youngest character of the three women and still has a lot of ground to cover in her life.

I feel the title fit well. Most POV in the story revolve around Kaylayla or come from her own narrative. She is the character that is youngest and most prone to adapt to her surroundings. Even though I wouldn’t say she’s the most changed character in the story, I do believe she is the character I wanted to see things turn out for best in the end.

The title of the book is perfect. Although Lena and Maureen play an integral role in the book, they would not have met if Kalayla didn't exist.

I feel like the title is very appropriate because Kalayla is the connection between all the characters. She is "the glue" that keeps the family (the real one and the adopted one) together.
