Natural options can substitute medicaments totally?
But I'd like to know your opinion about this topic: do you think those natural methods can substitute the traditional and conventional use of medicaments? If not now, do you think they will ever be able to substitute them?

I don't think substituting one for the other is the best option. Rather, use natural options and traditional medicine parallel to each other would be better.

Yes, sometimes we have to seek professional guidance and take medication too.

Indeed using both is the best alternative in those cases.

I agree, they are complementary, one doesn't exclude the other one.

Yeah especially if there are some side effects to a certain medication, professional help would be a good guide.

I conceptualized it differently after reading your comment. It makes perfect sense that if you'd realize there's a problem early, natural remedies would be all that you need. I also like the point where you said some methods like meditation require some time to learn. I will try to learn some new ways that have been shared by the author.

If the situation isn't critical, I believe that medication should come after trying natural methods. However, if a medication was used and later you chose to continue with a natural option, then that would be a good regimen.
