Stress relieving techniques are not exhaustive because as the day comes and goes, so does the needs of man change. For me, I believe the author should had mentioned techniques that makes stress work for one and not against. This I believe means the stressed individual doesn't fight the stress rather the stress works in favour of the person

It may be funny, but laying on the floor and putting your legs up the wall really relaxes me! Journaling, writing, and walking should be on the list that helps with anxiety, too.

There's a rhythmic tapping method on certain points on your body that works. You'd wrap your arms around yourself as if you're being held and do it. You can also sing a song mentally and try to carry out simultaneous actions while doing so.

Petting a cat is so relaxing, especially when you have one curled up and purring in your lap.
I agree with your idea. Animal therapy is soothing. I had a parakeet. Having him around was always a kind of therapy.

I don't remember sun therapy, more specifically, getting enough sunlight. In the winter, because of the short daylight and low sun, many people get anxious or depressed.

Each and every method and suggestion mentioned is excellent. There is not a person that is going to use the exact ideas that another would. So, with that being said, I think it’s a hArd question to answer . Personally, the things that most relax me are puzzles and reading

Of course! There are so many methods in the entire world to curb anxiety disorders that it is simply not possible for the author to list them all in this book. One method would be-
Abhyanga- An ayurvedic massage consisting of medicated oil and acupressure techniques.

This may not be an answer everyone likes, but I look to God when I am struggling with anxiety. I am not saying the methods in this book don't help because they do. However, if I am scared of something or having a panic attack, I find that God is the most helpful thing to me.

How could we forget prayers. Its the most powerful thing on earth.Quite powerful that even Jesus took time to pray before going to face a difficult situation.

I don't know if this is funny but going to the junk yard to break thing and crying profusely can be a form of anxiety and stress relief. Also praying faithfully has been very helpful to me.
