The Red Queen
Right from the start you are invested, I related to the characters immediately.
The story was very emotional, but in a way that you felt you were there with the characters.
At the same time is had suspense, and a good amount of it.
Suspense it so well done, it grabs you without remorse and refuses to release its grip.
Graphic but not to the point where it's overdone.
Intimacy tastefully done, not too raunchy and not too soft.
The story grabs you with unyielding fury, and you can't help but want to continue turning the page.
Just as things looked the darkest, it gives you a bit of hope.
The author displayed such talent here, it surprised in a good way.
At points the book was very action packed, and seems to display every emotion.
Intrigue, racy moments, suspense and a wash of emotions present in the story, and tastefully done.
Story was believable and didn't seem like it was thrown together by any means.
You felt as if you were there, the author had a talented way of luring you into the story itself.
I was on the edge of my seat for the majority of the book.
The author took care to tastefully put together the characters and story both.
I rate the book 3 out of 4 stars, I would have given it a perfect score if not for the few typos is contains.
This book seems as if it would appeal to the fantasy/sci-fi lovers, as it contains a bit of both.
I did enjoy very much how the author has a talent for blending events together, and making them convincing.
You really felt for the characters themselves, as plenty of background was given to where you felt you knew everyone on a personal level.
I would definitely recommend this book, as well as revisit it again.
As previously stated the story is one of the best I've read.
It also encourages me to seek out other stories the author has done.
As well as not overdone, Much thought was very evident.
The only thing I disliked was the misspelling in a few places, as it pulled me out of the story.
If these were corrected, I don't think I would have any complaints.
The length of the story was also not overdone, as it didn't seem like I was reading any filler.
The events present all seemed to have importance.
