There is definitely an opportunity to form your own opinions. I hope you love this one. Thanks.fredrick otieno wrote: ↑02 Nov 2018, 00:53 Audio book! that's interesting and i am willing to give it a try. I love the fact that the book is giving the audience an opportunity to fill in part of the plot, and i love that. Thanks for the good review.

The unanswered questions aren't too disturbing, but he was hinting at a sequel with the ending. I guess we will see. Thanks!inaramid wrote: ↑02 Nov 2018, 01:05 Not the most groundbreaking premise, but it's good to hear that the author put his own mark on the concept. I don't mind end-of-the-world stories or the grim tone of this one, but the unanswered questions would definitely leave me frustrated. I think I'd hold off to see whether the author comes through with a sequel. Thanks for this review!

This would probably be a fairly good one to start with as long as you don't mind some violence. Thanks for commenting.Hiruni Bhagya 81 wrote: ↑04 Nov 2018, 22:09 I haven't read many post-apocalyptic novels. Since this captured my interest and I like it when the author leaves some things to the imagination of the reader, I'm hoping to give it a try. Thanks for your review.

While I do not think I will survive the "Strong Heart" audiobook (I'm not a native English speaker, and the narrator's accent may be overwhelming for me), I am open to listening to this one.
I wonder what happened to all the missing people. What now for our leading man?

The author is quite easy to understand in this one. I don't think you'd have a problem in that instance. The one accent that he does is a bit of a southern accent, but I think it'd still be quite understandable. Thanks!Miriam Molina wrote: ↑05 Nov 2018, 09:59 I believe this is the second audiobook review I read here. The first was for Strong Heart.

Oh! This one would be perfect, then! I highly recommend it for your trip! Thanks for taking the time to comment.Bianka Walter wrote: ↑05 Nov 2018, 15:15 I feel like I want to read every single book you review. I LOVE end-of-the-world books. When a post-apocalyptic story is done right, it's just my favourite thing to read. I am going on a trip next month (which happens to be a 10-hour drive), and I'll keep this one in mind

Thanks! I've listened to a few audio books here and there (they are great for car trips.) This one is very well-done. Love the narrator. Hope you enjoy.
