It has a lot of elements that intrigue me except for the 'skin crawling'. Yikes. I felt sorry for the character of Lania, who was being fed drugs without her realizing that fact.
Don't feel too sorry for Lanie. She's special in her own way, and she's strong. Thanks for commenting.

The title is intriguing enough - also the cover design, with the hand of fate and the clock face. But your review definitely got my interest piqued! Its just the kind of story that appeals to me, especially with its unexpected ending. Thanks for the great review, will be reading this book for sure!

Fabulous! It was very engaging. It'll make you want to read the next book, though. Let me know if you like it.

Sounds like a great read. I was surprised to get to the "aliens and supernatural powers" part of your review. I wasn't expecting that. Makes for a nice twist. I want to read this book! Thanks for the review.

I love it when I'm able to see some of myself in a character. You know you're enjoying a book when that happens. :D Really great review.

"Alien beings, supernatural powers and government conspiracies."
Maybe if it was just two of these things...but all three in one book might be a bit much for me. LOL.
I enjoyed the review.

Adventure, mystery, romance, and government conspiracy! Sounds like you can't miss with this book. It's not my genre, but I definitely love the fact that the author took care to make the characters so relatable. I agree that is a rare talent. Thanks for the great review.

This sounds like a fascinating read! Characters you can relate to are the best kind. The fact that there’s never a dull moment will keep you engaged until the end. I hope the three of them can save the world!
