This is quite the intriguing concept, yet I'm on the fence as to whether I'd want to read this book; I'm just not sure if I want to read about Kyle and his struggle with the way things are. Still, your review made some good arguments for it, so I'll put it in my "Maybe" pile. Thanks for the food for thought.

Sci/fi is not really my genre so I think I'll pass. However, I absolutely loved your review! :D

I can't imagine being in that scenario and I'm really curious to see how it is handled in the book. I really appreciate your review and will be adding this book to my list.
I know, the cover was a little misleading and I wasn't entirely sure what I was getting into either. If you end up reading it, I hope you enjoy! Thank you for your comments :)

It is a shame about the editing, and I understand it's not for everyone :) Thanks for commenting - I appreciate it!

It sounds like an horror story than action-thriller. Whatever the case, I think it's an awesome Novel.

Thanks, I appreciate this information!

Wow. Great lesson at the end. Never. ever do as you are told. This, however, depends on whether the thing you are told to do is right or wrong. It implies that one has to think about it before doing it. Nice review. I hope to read the book soon too.

I LOVE a good dystopian world. This premise is so interesting as well! How great is the school bus on the front cover? It makes the thought of transporting the dead even more abhorrent.
I hope the author takes your advice and has another look at the formatting. It's such a small and easily-fixable issue.
I really enjoyed your review! Thanks so much :)

I know - I'm glad you brought that up. Disregarding things you're told to do isn't always advisable, but in this case, not doing as he was told served Kyle well. The things he was forced to do definitely weren't right.
Thanks so much for commenting, and I hope you enjoy it! :)

I agree. The fact that a school bus was used as the 'wagon' definitely added to the notion that the government was beyond repair. It was pretty terrifying, actually.

I have been getting more and more into sci-fi and the futuristic setting makes this sound brilliant. Loved your review.
