This seems interesting, though I typically stay away from strong romantic plots, the review has me intrigued with the idea of Song Shia's character and hopefully she gives the story more depth than typical romantic fantasy because of her constantly changing features. I'll definitely have to check it out. Thanks for the review!

This is my first time hearing and seeing the word polymorph, so I definitely need to read this book. Thanks for the expert review.

I'll admit, I do typically prefer more action based novels, yet this one has me wanting to read more. I want to know more about the polymorphs and what they can do, and how they're mistreated in society. As a child (and now, lets be honest) I always thought that shape shifting would be the coolest super power because of all the things you could do - change into a bird if you wanted to fly, a cheetah if you needed to run fast, etc. So to see a sci-fi go into the societal aspects of having those kinds of powers, is really interesting to me. Not to mention the romance with someone who changes their appearance weekly. Thanks for the review!

The idea of shape-shifters, or in this case polymorphs, has always fascinated me. In this case I love that the protagonist can change into other people. I also like the idea that there is one characteristic that cannot be changed. It makes the character vulnerable. Thank you for the well written review.

This is interesting. Is there still polymorph around the world? I love this book.

Based on the book cover and the title, I thought this was more of a fantasy book, so i was a little surprised that you said it is sci-fi. It does sound quite interesting though. I think i will add it to my "to read" shelf.

Id love to have the ability to change form. Romance with an element of fantasy is exactly my type of novel.

Does Alex and Song's relationship stand the test of time? I can't wait to find out. Thanks for the concise review.

Although the story seems very interesting, according to your review I think certain parts may be difficult to read. Especially when Song Shia's father asked her to become a boy so he could have a son. All in all, a very good review, thank you!

I really enjoyed this book! Alex's voice was strong and compelling and Song's character was surprisingly well-defined, considering we didn't know what she looked like. It screams for a sequel!
