Tormented heroes are always found in the real world, so there's no surprise a science fiction writer creates that background. It's a good thing the reader can relate to the main character since a lot of information about his past is provided. Still, at the end the plot just gives me the feeling of a story of good vs evil and nothing else. I'll pass on this one. Thanks for the review!

This is the kind of book that keeps me up late at night reading. I can hardly wait to start reading this one. Thanks for the well-written review. You did an excellent job by revealing just enough of the plot to get us interested.
Any book that helps a child to form a habit of reading, to make reading one of his deep and continuing needs, is good for him.

Thanks for your clear and thoughtful review. This sounds like a really interesting novel about the not so distant future.

"Is it too little, too late?" The story starts in the year 2020 with Lt. William in active service as a pararescuer during the Korean War; six years later would mean 2026. But even now in 2018, we can already feel Nature's revenge for our follies. We only have one world; let's save it.

I would want to see UNIRO succeed.

Thanks for the enticing review, Kelebogile Mbangi!

The suspense aspect is intriguing, but sci-fi is not my favorite genre. Maybe at a later time....

I don’t typically care for science fiction novels, but I like that this one includes elements of a thriller as well. I also think the focus on environmental issues is interesting!

I have enjoyed reading your review. The fiction story is quite relevant as the modern world is concerned about North Korea and terrorism.
North Korea is seen as likely to drive the world to war. I like that the book also deals with environmental issues.

Excellent review! It was well written and detailed but still kept me in suspense. If I was a huge fan of sci-fi I would have read this book for sure. Thanks for your review!

Sounds like there's great charcter development here. From our broken protagonist,William, to our convincing antagonist, Terra Nova, it looks like the author is great at creqting complex dynamic characters.
Not a fan of the plot, but that's just me haha

Wow your review makes this book sound so exciting. I'm never sure if I will enjoy science fiction but your review makes me think that this is a book I will enjoy. Thank you for your review. I hope I can read more about William and find out if he can overcome his ptsd .

This book sounds very thought provoking; especially since it’s hard to decipher which is the enemy and which is the hero. The flashbacks sound very intriguing as well.

Sounds like fun; an entertaining novel. I do hope that cliff-hanger ending you mention is indeed a promise for a future novel.

I've been trying to find good science fiction books and now i have! It is a genre where you have to keep thr readers on their toes or you lose them halfway. Based on your review, i can't wait to dive into this! Thanks!!

Sounds suspenseful and you seemed to really enjoy it. Hopefully the author will continue the story since there seems to be plenty of elements in the plot to work with. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the review! You did a nice job summarizing the plot. From what I've read so far, this novel doesn't seem to capture my interest.
