Hmm given what is happening in the world in 2018 it seems that you might be right about the book having prophetic undertones. However as long as there is great action and world building them i don't mind reading a unique take on what might happen to the USA in 2046 from this author's fictional perspective.

Thanks for the review

Near-future books are always fun. This one sounds realistic and plausible. Thanks for the review.

Hard to find a good political novel these days but this might give me some hope. The note about it having many discussion points seems especially promising!
