I like to laugh, so this one's for me. A depressed barbarian and a dry fish looking for a powerful pudding is serious business. I'd like to have a taste of this delectable fish tale.

To write a fantasy story with a blend of farce?! I'm curious as to how Hardison managed this. And I'd love to read more about Thoral and his friends. Thanks for stirring up my appetite for this story. It is a great review.

While I thoroughly enjoy humor, this genre is not for me. I just can't get into it. I appreciate your review though because after reading it, I think this would be a book my husband would enjoy. Thanks!

After reading the sample chapters of Fish Wielder by J.R.R.R. (Jim) Hardison and then reading your review of said book, I have to wholeheartedly agree with you. This book seems to be a literal laugh out loud kind of story, (my favorite kind) that I simply cannot wait to finish reading.

Nice review. This definitely sounds like a fun spin on fantasy adventure with it’s tongue in cheek style. It sounds to me like The Xanth series by Piers Anthony which I enjoyed immensely. Thanks so much for sharing.

Really nice review. This genre is not something that I would read but I enjoyed your review as well as the sample.

This is a very well written review. Your enjoyment of the book is palpable. I normally don't read Fantasy novels, but this is such a tempting review that I might make an exception and read.

Wow! I was wondering if I should read this book but after checking your review I might say that you persuaded me.
I like original and inventive books and Fish Wielder seems like one.
Welcome, farctasy genre! :)

The book definitely sounds interesting, but probably not something that would suit my tastes.I like the fantasy genre but not sure the farce would be my cup of tea. It's sort of like slap-stick comedy, either you love it or you hate it. Thanks for the review.

This feels like quality entertainment. The pages I sampled showed some skilled writing as well. This goes to my to-read list.

Great job with your review of this book. I read it recently and truly enjoyed it. Your review does the book justice! I loved how Mr. Hardison was able to make even the minor characters stand out as memorable figures in the book. Action, Adventure, Comedy, it's all here in one place!

I do take my fantasy seriously but there are expections (like Terry Pratchett's books) and after reading your review it seems like I might enjoy this one.

Fish Wielder is full of battles and adventurous journey. The heroes have to find the lost Pudding of Power, sound like Adventure Time kind of book :D
