I love fantasy, and dragons are so cool! I got a copy today, I like the premise where the dragon's eyes have a purpose in the story. I really like the inclusion of the slayed dragon's spirit coming back to haunt Sir Ulric, and makes him a better man. Nice job one the review! Thank you!

I enjoyed reading your review. I could definitely relate to your comment about there being too many characters to keep track of, especially with weird and similar names. I have read books like that and I get frustrated try to remember who's who.

An intricate, interwoven storyline with dragon treasure and lore, secret portals and spiritual beings with an appendix full of the everyday notes and constructs of a well-developed society. Sounds great!
