I usually like sci-fi, but this book just doesn't sound that great to me. I'll have to pass on this one.

Based on your review, the story seemed to have lots of promise but it seemed that the detailed scientific description and explicit sex may have sidetracked the story. Thus, it makes me hesitate reading the book. Thank you for your objective review of the book.

This is enjoyable science fiction story with interesting characters. I like reading erotic novels and this will not be an exceptional.

This book truly sounds like an enigma. I do think the science part sounds very interesting, but if there is a lot crammed in, as you say, it can really take away from the story. I'm not fond of explicit sex in books. I just don't think it's necessary to further a story, although I know there are people who do like it. Thanks for your insight!

Thanks for the review. Glad to hear that you liked it! I will not be reading due to the erotic nature of the book. Plus, I don't want to read through archaeological terms.

I love science fiction and I also love the focus on time travel. This definitely sounds like a book that has it all, adventure, action, romance, and science fiction. Great review!

I'm not sure how I would feel about the "explicit sex" part, but I love science fiction and political upheaval among different sects of society. I don't have time for it right now but I'll definitely add this to my "to read" list. Thank you for the thorough review.

"I found this book to be an unusual combination of action, time travel, daily life, explicit sex, and very detailed archaeological, anthropological, and physics discussions."
That sounds really interesting, and I have wanted to read this book for a while. I like weird combinations like that, especially with archaeological and anthropological information. I also like books about time travel. Great review!

Sci-fi, time travel and graphic sex scenes are not topics that hold much interest for me. I also do not really want to read in-depth scientific discussions about archaeology or physics. I would, however, be interested in seeing how our society would be perceived by people who have back in time to arrive in this era.
