The storyline is very intriguing with the inclusion of all elements like gangsters, magical powers possessed by seven families. Great review

Seems like a fast paced gangster novel complete with fast moving, modern, flying cars. I think following the Cicello family as it battles the Rose family to acquire the relics will be thrilling! Thanks for the wonderful review.

It seems pretty unique, which is cool.. It's not a book I will rush off to read though.

Thanks for this review. This seems like an imteresting book to read, but not one i look forward to reading. Although the addition of magic to it is kind of tempting, but the ganster part really takes my interest off this one.

[amazon=][/amazon]whoa! What a fascinating crime novel it is based on seven different families known as blessed families because they have different magical qualities but the author particularly focuses on the Rose family. I love the raw style in which this book is written. Blood and Roses differs from others I've read because it has many unexpected twists and turns that are really appreciable.

Likewise! I too thought Blood and Roses was just another gangster read. However, as I continued reading I was drawn into this whole "magical relic," and all the mystery surrounding it. I agree, it will not be easy to put this book down! :techie-studyingbrown:
