An intriguing story of crime, romance, war and betrayal. Pretty curious about the two realities. Always liked the concept of different planes of realities like parallel universes. There's always a mystery of how one connects with the other.

I read the sample and its start itself was quite alluring. To get to know the two worlds and those old man, who is dead in one world while alive in another, I will have to scour the book for more. Review too is quite impressive. Thanks for the review!!!

Thanks for your review, although - unlike you - I did find a few grammatical errors, or typos, in the sample. But as they didn't detract from the story, I agree with your rating. I found the first part of the narrative, tedious, but as it progressed it became more and more engaging. I'd love to know how the story unfolds!

It's interesting that you say that the beginning isn't that captivating as I was intrigued right away by the premise of seeing two different versions of reality play out - not something that can normally happen. It's good that this includes a relatable heroine who has flaws and weaknesses rather than being too good to be true.
