Thanks for the review.
A violent, gory and implied sexual assault story involving children sure is frightening, even if it is a fantasy. Not sure if I could possibly read it.

Love your review. You greatly summarised what the book contain.
I will the book to be used in making a movie in the future but the character should be adult not 15 year olds. Hoping to watch another game of throne in the future.
Thanks

I like the idea of the characters choosing their name. It seems like there is a lot going on in the book which sometimes deters me from picking a book up to read. Glad to hear the author kept things easy to remember while enhancing the story. Thanks for the great review.

Great review, however, I'm not a fan of magical story with magical creatures. Because I don't believe in good magic. Whether white or black, magic is magic and is evil. Nonetheless, I must congratulate the author for the power of creativity and imagination. The caption of the book is captivating and the choice and usage of words are good.

Great review, thanks. At least a poor boy can gain some social standing if he believes in himself and works hard at it. I like the positive values of loyalty and friendship inculcated by the book considering it targets young readers.

Though you don't prefer, still you have given a perfect picture of the book by describing it as Harry Potter meets Game of Thrones. Now, I know what to expect from the book.

Actually, when I first saw the cover, I thought it was a children's book series. Reading through the review has sent me to straight to another direction. While I love the Harry Potter friendship angle(two boys and a girl), I too, am not comfy with the age range of the heroes for such acts. It is quite unfortunate, though, that some kids are actually exposed to the harshness of life so young. Thanks for a crystal clear review!
